Graduated in Computer Science, Postgraduate in Information Systems Administration, MBA in Project Management and Banking Finance. PMP Certificate, ITIL v3, COBIT 4.1 and MCTS MS-Project 2010. Taught Software Engineering, Project Management and Process Modeling classes for 5 and a half years at FANESE (Sergipe Business School). Among other activities, he worked as Coordinator of the Software Factory of BANESE (Sergipe State Bank) for 4 and a half years. Worked as a Consultant in the implementation of the UN-SEAL Engineering Project Office at Petrobras for 2 and a half years. Worked as Project Coordinator at BANESE for 2 years. Acted as Managing Partner of INOVELAR Imobiliária for 1 year. He worked voluntarily at PMI-SE (Project Management Institute Sergipe) as Director of Events for 1 year and as President for 2 and a half years. He worked for 2 years as BANESE IT Project Manager and 10 months as BANESE IT Governance Area Manager. Currently serves as Superintendent of BANESE Strategic Management Area for +3.5 years, as Professor and Coordinator of FANESE Postgraduate courses for +10 years, has been CEO of ADAPTATIVA for +10 years, an education and consulting company. . He is the creator and maintainer of Strategy Model Canvas (smcanvas.com), the Canvas-based methodology for strategic business planning and management.
